Motive Solutions


Motive Solutions is a fully insured Maine-based company providing on-site OSHA Compliant Certification training throughout all of New England. We train on Forklifts, Aerial Boom & Scissor Lifts (Mobile Elevating Work Platforms – MEWP’s), Skid Steers, Rough-terrain Telehandlers, Electric Pallet Jacks, as well as Fall Protection and Lock-out / Tag-out.

Why You Need In-Person OSHA Certification Training


According to OSHA and ANSI, all employees and subcontractors must be certified to utilize this equipment. Currently, serious OSHA violations can carry fines up to $16,550 per violation, and willful or repeated violations can reach up to $165,514 per violation, depending on the size of the company.     From a safety standpoint, this machinery is very dangerous to operate, there are approximately 30-40 deaths per year in the U.S. alone, and many more serious injuries  reported. Our practical training is far superior to online courses that do not offer hands-on  experience. Forklift Certification

Aerial Lift Certification


Our Aerial Boom & Scissor Lift (Mobile Elevated Work Platforms – MEWP’s) Certification  can get your employees up to OSHA standards, improve workplace safety and prevent  product loss. We focus on load limits, overhead hazards, work zone safety and fall  protection in these classes.

Fall Protection



All fall protection products fit into four functional categories: fall arrest, positioning,  suspension and retrieval. We teach your employees proper techniques and use of  equipment in order to best protect themselves in the event of a fall.

Lock-out / Tag-out


Failure to control hazardous energy accounts for nearly 10% of serious accidents in many  industries. This is where proper maintenance and pre-shift inspections of the equipment  are crucial. Proper Lock-out / Tag-out practices and procedures safeguard workers from  hazardous energy releases.

Rough-terrain Telehandlers (Lull) 


This is perhaps the most dangerous piece of equipment operated on jobsites. Excessive  loads, unstable terrain and operator error are just a few ways that a Telehandler can tip  and overturn. Proper safety training is imperative to avoid serious injury or fatality.
